Parents Want Personalized Learning Playlists
Project Overview
This study explored parental interest in the ABCmouse Accelerator Program, a personalized tutoring platform offering tailored learning activities to help children master core subjects. The primary goal was to understand what drives parents to invest in supplemental education and how the Accelerator Program's features could be refined to meet their needs.
My Role and Responsibilities
As the Senior User Research Manager, I led the study by designing the research methodology, conducting in-person usability tests, and analyzing feedback. I collaborated with the Senior Product Manager, Senior UX Designer, Developer, and Curriculum Manager to align the research findings with product development goals. I reported directly to the Chief of Product and the Director of Product.
